PFB important points in Terms and Condition.

You must, on a continuing basis, be amongst the top (two) FBA sellers of a particular brand, shortlisted for the Programme (“Brand”), on Amazon.in;
Of all the products of the Brand that you list on Amazon.in, you must make the Programme available for at least half of the S&S eligible products (“S&S Eligible Products”). As an example, if you list 20 products of a Brand, of which 10 are S&S Eligible Products, you must make the Programme available for at least five of such S&S Eligible Products;
You must generate a minimum of 32% of the FBA sale proceeds of the Brand on a continuing basis. As an example, if total FBA sale proceeds of a Brand are INR 100, you must contribute at least INR 32 of such sale proceeds; and
You must maintain sufficient inventory of the S&S Eligible Products in at least two fulfilment centres in different zones.
The Brands shortlisted for the Programme and the S&S Eligible Products of said Brands are available at http://www.amazon.in/l/5728645031. You agree to make the Programme available only for the S&S Eligible Products of the shortlisted Brands. You further agree that the Brands and the S&S Eligible Products thereof may be modified by Amazon from time to time, with or without notice.

Subscribe and Save Orders

Amazon Provide two types of Subscribe and Save Orders.

Sign-up Orders
Replenishment Order

1) Sign-up Orders: This offer will Apply, when customers subscribing the product in the Subscribe and Save programme. For this Seller must has Buy Box.

2) Replenishment Order: These orders are automatically created according to the Customers need. Customer receive deliveries at monthly intervals, from one to six month.

Eligibility Criteria for Seller

If Seller want to enroll this features, has to fulfill below requirement. If in future, seller are not able to fulfill below criteria for more then 30 days, even after enrollment, this feature will disable and seller will not participate.

FBA India Status is active for the last three months.
Customer feedback rating is 3.8 or above.
You have your status as a seller on Amazon.in as 'Normal' i.e. your status should not be either 'Fraud', 'Suspended', or 'Blocked'.
The products you list on Amazon.in should fall under any of these categories: Health & Personal Care, Beauty, Office Products, Baby, Electronics, Grocery & Gourmet Foods, Home & Kitchen, Pet Supplies, Sports Fitness & Outdoors, Car, Motorbike Accessories, Personal care appliances & Lawn and Garden.
Number of offers provided by you under Subscribe and Save and have been blocked, for any reason, should be less than 1/3 of total number of offers provided by you.

How to Enable this Feature form Seller Central?

Open Amazon Seller Central.

Write registered email id and Password

Click on Submit Button . You are logged in on your seller account.

Click on Settings(Top Right Corner) - Fulfilment by Amazon Settings -Subscription Settings - Enabled.
