At the time of product listing Amazon do not give any option to upload video. But after product listing you can upload video with the help of seller support team. Just raise a case for video upload from seller central..
As per Amazon Listing any seller can add 7 images or 6 images and 1 videos, as per requirements.
You can upload video for 5 listing free of cost. If you want add video on more than 5 listing please contact on below mentioned mail id: businessadvisoryservices@amazon.com
Amazon has some guidelines for Video listing.
Make a video as per Amazon guidelines and upload that video in YouTube. Then raise a case in Amazon seller central and provide YouTube link. If you video fulfill Amazon guidelines, it will upload within 2 to 3 working days.
Below are the guidelines of Product video in Amazon
1. A Plus video will be added only if the seller is the video creator/owner.
2. The videos must not be obscene and should be of good quality.
3. For A Plus Videos share the video link in an excel file along with the ASIN, Title and Brand Name.
4. Maximum video size 50 MB, Video format 'MP4' and cannot be shot on mobile phone.
5. We cannot upload editorial or product review videos.
6. Videos can be about product usage, un-boxing and setting up, or highlighting the special features only.
7. We do not upload videos for gl_media and intimate apparel or any other restricted products.
8. A+ guidelines that apply to A+ content also apply to A+ Videos.
9. Videos with any external contact info such as customer care numbers, email ids, web site addresses and warranty info will not be uploaded.
Note: Even you can add video while creating A+ listing for your product.
